This bundling partnership is win/win for our users. They get the best of what the two companies have to offer.”

Come see us at NAYDO Pittsburgh this week!

The North American YMCA Development Organization is holding a “Sustaining a Healthy Future” conference in Pittsburgh this week, and AllPlayers.com is happy to say we’re one of the exhibitors joining the YMCA professionals.

According to the conference web page, “Sustainability, the potential for long-term maintenance of well-being, which has environmental, economic, and social dimensions, is woven into the very essence of what we do and how we do it.” and AllPlayers.com provides the YMCA and other organizations the tools to manage these tasks.

Through an ecologically-and economically-responsible way of managing communications and sharing with their members and staff to providing members  with a forum to share healthy ideas in a safe environment, AllPlayers.com is a proud provider of solutions to extend sustainability throughout the community.

Our own @AllPlayersMattC is there all week talking with YMCA professionals about how to best utilize AllPlayers.com to move their sustainability initiative forward. Stop by and ask him about our new fundraising program that not only provides your facility with unique ways of expanding your contributions but also provides ecologically-safe, effective and healthy cleaning products.

Features Update – April 18, 2012

Last week while we were busy putting together new fundraising options for non-profit organizations, our developers were steamrolling another update through development.

The biggest feature of this release is one you will notice. We’ve removed the AllPlayers.com logo on each group page and have layered the group logo into the top navigation. Now the customized group page is purely yours.

Other updates included code improvements and other background tweaks that you won’t notice but will still reap the benefits.

Spotlight on AllPlayers.comWe’ll admit, we love getting positive attention, so when we saw this article today on Donor Dreams Blog, we were pretty excited. We love to see how organizations use AllPlayers.com for their individual needs, what’s more we’re proud that they like it enough to tell others about it.

Thanks go to Marissa Garza for the including us in her article highlighting different solutions to help non-profits share important information with users, donors and recipients.

Here are  few snippets from her article:

Don’t let the name AllPlayers fool you into thinking this is a service for sports teams only. There are plenty of resources on this site for non-profits to use. By using AllPlayers.com to create a site for your organization, you can update your volunteer calendar, accept donations, post announcements, and more.

Exciting Fundraising Opportunities

We know that many non-profit and charitable organizations operate almost exclusively on donations and other money raised through fundraising events, and we have exciting new options that can help enhance these opportunities.

AllPlayers.com is happy to offer a non-profit contribution program available to all non profits and their contributors across the nation.  This program offers top quality products made in America at a discount wholesale rate to participating groups.

Products include facility and industrial cleaning items among others.  In addition to the great low prices on these essential products, AllPlayers.com will donate 10% of the net sales of these products back to your facility. This can lead to a significant amount of operational spending being put back into your facility. These products are the items and brands you’re already buying!

The donations don’t stop there, however. Your facility can offer these savings to your contributors and donors as well. For each purchase your corporate or individual contributors make on these products, AllPlayers.com will also donate 10% of those net sales amounts back to your facility. These affiliate donations can add up to considerable operating capital.  Make sure to ask how to get set up on this fundraising program!

Easily Schedule Events, Tournaments and Leagues

We’ve been very busy this Spring. From coming out of the beta development phase, to winning awards, to simplifying registration…now we have a new partnership to announce.

AllPlayers.com has partnered with Quickscores, the leader in online league and tournament scheduling.  This partnership will integrate Quickscores’ scheduling system within the AllPlayers.com suite of services, enabling groups of all sizes to easily create schedules for leagues, tournaments, fields, resources and more.

With this partnership, current AllPlayers.com customers will continue to enjoy free access to all the group management and social elements, such as mobile, text, email, multimedia and file sharing in addition to advanced scheduling options provided by Quickscores.

QuickScores scheduling provides advanced features  that allow you to schedule any number of teams with any number of games, all the while verifying that you have not scheduled a team to play two games at the same time or two games on the same field. This will be a great addition for our soccer, volleyball, baseball and hockey organizations.

It has never been easier to create tournament brackets or manage standings of an on-going event than with Quickscores and AllPlayers.com.

Extending our thoughts to our D/FW area users and friends

Tuesday April 3 was not an easy day for many of our Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area friends and users. There were at least 12 tornado touchdowns confirmed in the area, many cities have been declared disasters and extensive property damage done. Thankfully, there were no fatalities in these storms.

All of us at the AllPlayers community extend our thoughts and best wishes with our friends in the area YMCA’s, Optimist Clubs, JVA volleyball clubs, Dallas Stars Hockey, FC Dallas Soccer, Boys and Girls Clubs, youth baseball and softball teams, and everyone else who uses AllPlayers.com to manage their group activities.

We’ve hatched!

What is it missing?Notice anything different from the screen-captured logo to the left? It’s missing something. Something you saw every time you logged in and wondered, what is that for?

We had our “beta” removed. Don’t worry, nobody was hurt. We busted through our beta shell and are not looking back.

This past weekend AllPlayers.com excitedly moved into full production mode, formally leaving behind our official beta development stage!! We are all thrilled to have made this change and with the rollout came several updates, including the easiest, fastest, quickest, most expeditious, efficient, timesaving, easy-to-follow, simplest group registration ever.  Needless to say, we’ve made it easy for users to register to be part of a group. Any group.

You need to check this out. Set up a demo with your favorite Member Services team representative and have at it.
