If you’ve gone to your group settings recently, you may have noticed that there is a new option for all group admins. In the most recent AllPlayers.com release, we included the ability to integrate and use Quickscores for tournament and bracket creation!
AllPlayers.com is all about making tasks easier and not adding redundancies and repetition to your already heavy work load. So we partnered with Quickscores to integrate their great tournament and bracket creation software into your favorite group management service (that’s us!) and now we’ve cut down on your task list even more.
If you have not already run across it, and would like to start using it right away, go to your Group Toolbox, then click on Features. At the bottom of the page is a new box with options for External Apps. Click enable (as shown in the image at the top of the page). This turns on the ability to use the service within your group.

With the latest update to the AllPlayers.com system over the weekend, all group administrators will notice something different.
Things just seem easier now, don’t they?
That’s because our design and development teams brainstormed, planned, discussed, laid out, and implemented a new Admin Toolbox that provides group administrators all the routine features and functionality needed, right there at the ready.
Admins now have all of the tasks they need at any given time right on their group page, without having to go find the proper icon and select the activity. It’s now easier than ever to send a broadcast message, create a group announcement and update calendars. Group admins can even adjust and tweak the layout of the group page through the Dashboard, all from the Admin Toolbox.
It just one more way that AllPlayers pushes for Less Work, and More Play!!!
Last week while we were busy putting together new fundraising options for non-profit organizations, our developers were steamrolling another update through development.
The biggest feature of this release is one you will notice. We’ve removed the AllPlayers.com logo on each group page and have layered the group logo into the top navigation. Now the customized group page is purely yours.
Other updates included code improvements and other background tweaks that you won’t notice but will still reap the benefits.
Notice anything different from the screen-captured logo to the left? It’s missing something. Something you saw every time you logged in and wondered, what is that for?
We had our “beta” removed. Don’t worry, nobody was hurt. We busted through our beta shell and are not looking back.
This past weekend AllPlayers.com excitedly moved into full production mode, formally leaving behind our official beta development stage!! We are all thrilled to have made this change and with the rollout came several updates, including the easiest, fastest, quickest, most expeditious, efficient, timesaving, easy-to-follow, simplest group registration ever. Needless to say, we’ve made it easy for users to register to be part of a group. Any group.

Normally when someone gets a little lift here, or tiny tuck there, they don’t want anyone to notice, but we’re so dang excited to show off our new face that we’re telling the world!
We’ve got a brand new look and some great new functionality and we’re super excited to show it off. Some of the great elements that have been added include mobile functionality and a responsive site design. What does that mean? That’s fancy developer talk for “it’s going to look awesome on your Smartphone”.

Have multiple teams? Multiple activities? With our Group Cloning feature, you can make 5 teams, or 50 teams’ group pages at once. Select which settings, webforms, content, and features to copy and save lots of time!
As a group administrator, you can create several groups at once and not have to lather, rinse,repeat over and over and over.

With online payments, the group admin can assign different payment amounts to parents and guardians for them to conveniently pay online with a credit card. This works well for teams whose parents split the cost of tournaments, coaches salaries, etc. Also, if financial aid allows for some to pay different amounts, the group admin can now easily dictate the balance to be paid.
When members view group calendar, events are shown based on the time zone you have set for your account. However, if you are not logged in (Public view), calendar events show in the default Central Time.
As a group administrator, you can customize a group’s public view of calendar events to any time zone. Only admin roles are able to change a group calendar time zone.

As a group administrator, you can invite external members to find out for themselves how awesome your group is with a direct link to registration.
You can also now hare your group page on any of your favorite social networking sites, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, and more using the Social Share Feature.
